DIXIELAND MUSIC AND SUNSET PICNIC:
Saturday 11 Feb. 2012.
Under the oaks in front of the Manor House, Somerset College, Bredell rd,
off R 44, Somerset West.
Organized by the Anns of the Rotary Club of Helderberg in aid of local
charities.
Come and have some family fun and fellowship while listening to a variety of
music ranging from Marimba, swing, smooth jazz to Dixie jazz and Rock and Roll.
Music provided by Somerset House's Marimba Band, Gerald Foster Saxophonist and
the well - known Riverboat Jazz Band.
Gates open at 15.30 and music starts at 16.00, with the main band starting at
17.00.
Tickets cost R 65 for adults and R 10 for teens aged 12-18; under 12 free.
Tickets available from the Anns, or at the gate on the evening, or can be
bought from the following outlets in Somerset West:
Dante Art & Decor, Waterstone Shopping Centre;
Talking Books, Circle Centre;
Wordsworth, Somerset Mall.
Food and drinks available from the various stalls, or bring your own picnic.
Limited amount of chairs available for hire, or bring your own chairs or picnic
blanket .
Please remember warm jackets, just in case of cooler weather.
